ABOUT

Studio Atzori (Milena, 1988 – Chiaromonte, Italy; Robberto, 1989 – Cagliari, Italy) is a duo of visual artists based in Lierde, in the Flemish Ardennes, Belgium.

Since 2017, their collaborative practice has merged painting and sculpture with textiles and embroidery, creating immersive installations that form cohesive and evolving bodies of work. Their research explores the intricate relationship between society and individual obsessions, emphasizing the tension between opposing forces—life and death, science and mysticism, materiality and spirituality.

Studio Atzori's work draws deeply on universal and social memory, investigating how human experience is shaped by these polarities. Through a poetic and conceptual approach, they examine the delicate balance in which everything exists, bringing attention to the fragility and complexity of the human condition.
